Last Friday, the 5th of June, between six and seven in the afternoon,
in the height of sales season, more then fifty people rushed through
the center of Barcelona to the Bershka clothing store in Portal del
Angel, to perform the very first YOMANGO FASHION SHOW IN BARCELONA. The
Yomango fashion show was magical, and indeed, as was previously
announced to the public and the press, an act of magic was performed. A
THING was transformed into a wave of light and color, an OBJECT was
turned into an explosion of life. A dress was extracted from the store,
a 9.50 euros on-sale dress, and later shown as a work of art at the
CCCB, as part of INn Motion, a festival within the 2002 GREC Festival.
All the activities of Yomango were open, public and publicized.
